I really love the school - all of the individuals I've met thus far have made the place home. Palmetto Fellows kids get full rides by the way~! Plus the school is not to far from the main stretch of Charleston and Wal-mart.

CSU has provided me with an excellent education. They also have wonderful professors who are always willing to help. I live on campus and the residential area is spacious and newly renovated!

It is a small campus, which makes it easier to make classes on time. There is a great library for research and studying. Best of all, there is an on-campus coffee shop for those long nights of study.

  • Nov-18-2014 I am researching this school and have visited the campus

The atmosphere was very un-welcoming here. The staff here tries to appear friendly, but come off as awkward and cold. This is a college you will definitely have to visit in order to understand the true vibe of this school, contrary to good reviews.

This school has brought me closer with God and my studies and who I want to become. There is no better area to study here in South Carolina besides Charleston! This school everything it says it is and it is just phenomenal.

Charleston Southern is a great place to make friends and to pursue your major. The cost may seem a little high since its a private college, but the scholarships they offer offsets the balance to equate to a public college. There are many fun activities and clubs to do here as well.

The campus is beautiful. The teachers are very hands on and helpful. Most of the teachers open class up with either a word of prayer or a bible verse which is pretty cool.
