Chicago State University is a home and a family to me. Being able to have flexible classes schedule options has given me the opportunity to work and go to school full-time. For the most part the faculty and staff are passionate about helping students realize and achieve their goals.

Chicago State University has great degree programs. However, I feel that the school could be better if we had a more lucrative administration. I feel that in some instances, the best interest of the STUDENTS is not taken into account when university decisions are made.

Overall I'm satisfied with the school! Although there are cliques here, most people are very friendly, moderately big campus (but you'll find your way around), there's always activities & fun things to do/going on. Easy, quick & close transportation, a number of stores, restaurants and hangouts close by too! Oh & tuition is a little lighter on the pockets and wallets.
