Great teachers who take time to make sure you understand the materials. Many resources available to help you succeed, so take advantage of them. If you are eligible for a BOGG fee waiver, your classes are paid for by the government

Whether you are looking to kick your education into high gear or to simply find yourself, this is the school for you. Don't get me wrong, the institution is far from perfect, but the dedicated Citrus College staff is absolutely ready to help feed your interests, to get you ready for transfer, and to jump into the trenches with you all depending on how much you put into the mix. I have seen some of my classmates try other nearby community colleges only to make their way back, all saying the same thing: Citrus College is like no other.

Citrus College is a great place to start your general education to get your Associate's Degree and/or transfer to the school of your liking. There are plenty of great professors that are willing to help you achieve your personal academic goals, just be sure to utilize them before and after class or during office hours. The faculty and staff are also very helpful with any questions or concerns you may have with finding your classes or any other things you might want to know.

The professors are passionate about teaching. The administrative office is impossible to deal with. It is extremely difficult to get an appointment with an adviser or counselor.

Good size campus, but unorganized in the tutoring department. Too many people soliciting on campus by selling phone cases or trying to get students to sign petitions not related to school. However, it offers many advantages for disabled people such as elevators to building with second floors, and handicap buttons used to open doors to almost all building.

Citrus College is a smaller community college, making it slightly easier to get classes, but not that easy because everything is impacted anyway. Many of the on campus resources are beneficial, while others seem to waste your time rather than help you. There are a handful of professors who will truly dedicate their lives to teaching you the subjects they are passionate about, which is great.
