Clark Atlanta University is an HBCU and private university in Atlanta, GA. It is highly ranked on several lists including #16 in Historically Black Colleges and Universities by U.S. News & World Report. It is one of two private historically black colleges that is classified as having “Higher Research Activity” by the Carnegie Foundation. CAU opened the Centre for Functional Nanoscale Materials with affiliates Cornell University and iThemba Labs in South Africa to train scientists in robotics and medicinal care.
Clark Atlanta University is a great HBCU to attend for a plentiful of reasons. I would describe the atmosphere on campus as being scholarly, united and fun. The tuition may be steep but CAU is a private college and students receive the knowledge that they pay for.
