    One tip I have for a prospective student is to apply early! Applying before winter break will allow you to have better scholarship opportunities. I would also advise prospective students to get involved. Cleveland State always has events through CAB, Viking Expeditions, the Rec Center, and through many other organizations!

    If you have AP or PSEO (college credit from another college while still in high school) credits and are an incoming freshmen make sure to tell your councilor as many people are put into classes they already have credit for.

    Firstly, before coming to campus, study the map like crazy! It is very easy to get lost but the staff is super friendly about helping lost students find their way. Also, do not cram too much academia into every second of your day because Cleveland is a wonderful city to explore so you will want time for that!
