Well the first semester of every year, Coastal has something called the 1st 54 which means, everyday of the 1st semester, something will be going on at Coastal Carolina. Also sporting events, the beach is only 10 miles away, Broadway at the Beach, Helicopter rides, go out to eat, walk along the strip

There are always parties to go to, but they are often shut down by campus security/police officers within an hour or two. There is stuff nearby (Tanger Outlets, Coastal Grand Mall, Broadway At The Beach, and of course the beach itself), but these all cost money and unless you have a car you will have to pay $30-$40 for one-way cab fare. There is a movie theatre on campus in the student union, as well as a game room. There is a small gym in UP and a large gym that is open 24/7 in the HTC Center on the main campus. There are also pools that are a nice alternative to the beach.

Over 100 activities, a 24-hour library, recreation centers, fields, gyms, pools, and tracks make for a relatively lively campus.

The beach, the strip which is near the beach, and clubs which are near the beach. There are also a few spots off campus near campus that lots of people go to. Student center is expanding.

There are many activities on campus and around town. The beach is very close by and if you have a car, you can hang out at Hunterdon State Park Beach or Garden City Beach. There is a club on campus for everyone and Greek life is active. If you are into the arts, Brookgreen Gardens offers a student discount and there are many Arts and Crafts festivals held on campus and nearby. The Farmer's Market also comes to campus. Broadway is always a happening place for college students. With multiple clubs and bars in Celebrity Circle, you never go wrong with going here for a good time. Also for the most part a lot of the clubs here are 18+.
