In my first semester I have learned the ups and downs of college. Everything hit hard here, the teachers are nice in the classroom, but will cut you down when your final grades come about. The teachers do try there best to get you to understand the work, but the way they do it is not always fitting of ALL students present.

notre dame of maryland is an accepting school with a welcoming vibe that makes you feel in place. the students and teachers take the initiative to create conversations with you to get to know you as a person and use that to build a relationship for the next four years. everyone is easily available and the school gives both commuting and rooming students a chance to interact through mini-parties and celebration.

Notre Dame of Maryland University seeks to educate and empower women in their undergraduate studies. NDMU also serves numerous male and female students through its graduate and adult undergraduate programs. Located 15 minutes north of Baltimore's Inner Harbor, the beautiful campus with towering trees and green space is in a low crime section while in close proximity to a major city with a number of museums, service opportunities, restaurants, and other points of interest.

Notre Dame of Maryland University is a small women's college that builds a community that every college student is looking for. Every sister, staff and faculty member supports the women in every way they can. Choosing NDMU was a pleasant surprise and I would recommend it to prospective students.

Notre Dame of Maryland University doesn't give the students a college experience. The campus atmosphere feels like an all girls boarding school. There is a large amount of racial segregation within the student body and staff, as well as racial intolerance.

Excellent program options for students from all backgrounds, gender, age, and diversities. They believe in discussion based learning instead of lecture based learning. There are many class options available, and most of them are at the main campus.
