The College of Southern Nevada is part of the Nevada System of Higher Education. There are three main campuses in Las Vegas Valley and eight learning centers throughout the state including the Nellis Air Force Base, which contributes to it being the largest public college in the State of Nevada. CSN is a community college. The most popular majors among undergraduates are liberal arts and humanities, nursing assistant, and chemical technician.

CSN is a well-run school. It always has all resources easily available to students and tuition is not over priced. I wish they had more sports programs but other than that it's a very good college.

Your basic college, very affordable with great professors. Good for getting started, and I recommend using this as a starter college if you plan to transfer. Be patient with the registrar!
