In my opinion, the professors at Mesa do a good job of cutting straight to the core of a subject and really making sure that their students understand what is being taught. They talk to you, rather than at you when they lecture so everything is more personal and therefore more memorable. Mesa sets the standard that getting a great education is the main goal of a student's attendance. Even though there is plenty of wiggle room for a social life, learning the skills we need for our future careers is the main priority and Mesa is serious about equipping...

I have attended CMU since 2013 and have had a pretty great experience with it. I am currently on International Exchange which CMU has a really great program for and they have made my learning experience even more valuable by helping me with this opportunity. CMU has great professors who care and rigorous coursework to make your degree the best it can be.

CMU is the underdog as far as universities are concerned. It is a small school, but it is always growing and always improving. In the future, I have no doubt that they will be up to par with the larger universities with a little bit of time.

The school is located in a nice little town where the mountains surround the school and thereâ??s a view from every window. The locals are nice and outdoorsy so there are people outside all times of day. Great place to study and have fun and itâ??s a perfect location if you want to get out of the city life and try something new.

This school is absolutely beautiful. It is my dream to go here not only because it is close to home but because of the diversity and cloture behind it.

Colorado Mesa has a great and beautiful campus. I have had great experiences with all of my teachers and peers. The only thing I do not like about the college is its location in Grand Junction.

Colorado Mesa University is a perfect school for anyone who wants small class sizes and a convenient location. It's located in Grand Junction, a mid-size city in a beautiful valley, and there are plenty of recreational activities to enjoy all over the valley. Many of the buildings on campus are fairly new, and the academics are accurately challenging.

Note this is for the MONTROSE SATELLITE CAMPUS, only some comments are applicable to the main campus. Highly cost effective, especially considering the extremely small class sizes (expect less than 30 in most classes) and impressive professorship, you cannot find better value. Rural location and small town feel are very different than you can find in any other college--this comes with ups (cheap living, flexibility in study, closer bond with professors, etc.) and downs (no college community feel, limited college-related activates, minimal materials and facilities, limited course range). All in all, an excellent launch pad for any discipline, but not somewhere most students will be able to reach their full potential, expect to transfer to the main campus or another college to complete almost any degree.
