Every day is filled with TONS of material, so every day you are learning brand new techniques and methods. Because the class sizes are relatively small at the Culinary Institute of America, the Chefs/Professors are able to help each student more towards his or her individual needs, which is much appreciated.

    It is a easy program, but the schedule is awful. It's hard to work off campus, and whatever breaks you get to go home are short. Only go if you love working in kitchens and you are familiar with the crappy schedule.

    The Culinary Institute of America is the No. 1 school for Culinary Arts. It's only teaches culinary and baking and pastry. Its student graduates are well trained and many are celebrity chefs. Everything you want to know about the school is online, even virtual maps of campus.

    Just got back from visiting the school and it was Amazing! The students and staff are really nice and the Students are determined to get their diplomas. The tuition is a little spendy but it will be worth it in the end.
