You're in Daytona Beach, there is plenty of things to do on the strip such as mini golf and of course the beach. Also, any sporting events at the school are a blast to go to.

There are many events that ERAU brings to the students to get them to have fun and enjoy time away from the text books. For physics students, lightsaber day is always a fun time. Not too far away there is an Ice Rink which is very fun to visit often.

There are many clubs and activities for you to join from fraternities to astronomy club, and even clubs relating to your major! There is at least one club on campus for everyone, and the process to start one shouldn't be too hard. Also worth mentioning is the fact that the fraternities and sororities on campus are miles ahead of state fraternities and sororities. There's no other place like Embry-Riddle when it comes to clubs.

The beach is only five miles from campus. Biketoberfest and Race Week are a few of the city-wide events throughout the year. If all else fails, Orlando is less than an hour away.

I don't like the beach but it is only a couple miles from campus. Daytona Speedway is visible from campus and I would hang out at the races with friends. Other than that I was involved in Formula Hybrid designing and building a race car so my spare time was spent in the lab.

Every student organization has activities of some sort. Also Embry-Riddle is a five minute ride from the beach. Enjoy Daytona to its fullest while you are a student.

There's no so much to do in Daytona. The best things to do are go the the beach, go to the Port Orange Pavilion for the movies, Daytona Ice Arena, Sweet Frog Frozen Yogurt and go on camping trips in nearby wooded areas.

Beach down the road. Discounts to Florida Attractions like Disney World and theme parks and Daytona Speed Way is visible on campus. Many different sports options with nice workout centers and parks.

Long boarding and biking around campus is pretty popular. The beach is approximately ten minutes away, so many students go there often.
