As with any dining experience in college it had it's moments. Enjoyed the rattler bucks which allow me to eat at the various venues around the college campus.

The cafe offers a variety of foods and different areas that they're sold. The top cafe is where you would swipe your ID to get in and take your time to eat and laugh with your friends but if you're in a rush or simply want to relax in your dorm then you'll want the bottom cafe where they sell things like Tropical smoothies and Wingstop, to get these you'll need Flexbucks (you can find out more about them if you choose to apply). You like fried chicken? If you do then you'll like the fact that Wednesdays on Famu top cafe are Fried Chicken Wednesdays!

Wing Stop, Starbucks, Tropical Smoothie and Chick Fil A are the franchise dining places on campus. At these places you can use flex bucks to get a meal. The cafe is located next to FAMU Village and Paddyfote and offers a variety of food options. Fried Chicken Wednesdays are the best, if you go to the ground floor of Foote Hilyer (financial aid) this is where the food will taste the best. Throughout the week there are little food stand over the campus, unfortunately these places don't accept flex bucks. There are other eating halls on campus in the Orange Room, Engineering Building and the Presidential Dining Room. Try eating at different places so that you wont get tired of the same food.

The dinning is buffet style you can eat as many times as you want. The food is all fresh and taste pretty good. The first week I ate so much, They had different cakes and deserts and many food stations to chose from. By the middle of the semester I was so tired of the food but its a good thing that they have wing-stop, chic fa la and rattlers den.

Greek life gets live. Know the discretion rule, don't go shouting that you want to be a AKA/Zeta/Kappa etc. Don't throw up the signs if you're not apart of it, and please know that the areas with the Greek paraphernalia is not for you to sit on. There is a showcase where you can watch the different organizations perform. At the showcase there will be boards where you can learn about the organizations and suggest your interest. Watch out for when the strolling happens, if you're in the way you may get hit on accident.

The Greeks are so full of energy I Always get entranced as I watch them stomp around. They have so much character. Most of the time around campus they stand out because they are the most sophisticated people who are charming and where suits. Aside from what I originally thought of Greeks they are so respectable and make parties worth going to. They really put on a show. :) one of my favorite parts of campus life.

The Divine nine are amazing groups of people to watch on campus and be apart of. Before joining a sorority or fraternity make sure you do your background research on which one you believe suits you best before pursuing it further.

Greek Life is highly fascinating as a freshmen you would look at the Greek life as something you would immediately want to get into but as you gradually advance at the school you'll have some re-considerations.
