I am truly enjoying the experience of this HBCU. The connections are great. I am currently enrolled in the 5 year business program which is listed as the top business program in the country. I am employed with the US Attorneys Office here in Tallahassee. It like all other colleges has it down falls, with loss of information etc. but for the most part it is a good experience.

Its a wonderful school, but it's also a lot of work. There are so many organizations and activities to be apart of. One of the best HBCU's out there in my opinion.

Being able to attend Famu has definitely made me a better person, the professors do whatever they can to work together with the students in order to help them pass. Campus life is another plus, especially on Fridays where you see all of the students near the center of campus celebrating the end of a weeks work.

Florida Agriculture and Mechanical University is thee most prestige and outstanding HBCU in the land. Everyone cannot handle the Rattler lifestyle, so if you aren't up for the cause you may not make it. At FAMU you will experience a life outside from what you are use to, do not think that because you are a student from a HBCU you do not have the same level of knowledge compared to those of PWIs.

There are a lot of teachers here that demonstrates a general concern for their students. Before coming to FAMU I was doubtful and it was not my first choice. However here at FAMU everyone is FAMU-ly there are so many educational opportunities along with fun involved activities that could help freshman build strong resumes. :)
