the obvious appeal would be all of the athletic events hosted here (go noles!). if sports aren't for you, there are still a lot of options. the aslc acts as an on-campus movie theater/game room. paint-a-pot is sure to feed your artistic yearnings. plus, there is always *something* going on at landis green, whether it's playing with puppies or president thrasher himself serving ice cream.

i don't personally go out and party, so my friends would stay in a lot and play games and watch movies. we would love to go to the student life center to see the free movies that are shown every week. we take late night trips to the den and then just hang out on landis in the middle of the night. some weekends we would go and see the fsu circus which i highly recommend! as a student you get in for free, and who doesn't like free stuff? you could also venture down to the union and go paint for a few hours at paint a pot and make some pretty cool ceramics for a good cost. the union also tends to put on events throughout the semester that tend to have a lot of good free food. if you want to get off campus, the fsu rez is a great place to go. you get in for free with your id and can go canoeing, paddle boarding, and kayaking for as long as you would like! there is also a ropes course that is available to go climbing all over! there is so much to do on and off campus and there are so many great places to go shop and eat that are just off of tennessee.

the week before fall classes start, there is seminole sensation week. it is the best place to make friends and meet people. it also helps share a lot of the options on campus to hang out with your friends including bowling, student life center (slc, movies, games, etc.), and much more.

There is a lot to do on campus! There's bowling, paint a pot, market Wednesdays, football and baseball games you can attend. As long as you keep your eyes out for the notices you should be able to find something fun to do on campus.

during the day, students can hang out on landis green, or visit one of the many springs around tallahassee. the school also provides the rez, a lake with outdoor activities, to students for free. come night fall, every bar and club in town is bumping with college kids filled to capacity.
