I have enrolled at Franklin College Switzerland (not Franklin College, IN). This is an American university located in Lugano, Switzerland. Unfortunately it is not one of the choices from this web site's drop down box so I simply chose to put this school's name in to complete my profile. If you are interested in foreign languages and international studies, then check out this school. It is a small school where you will be known by your name and not by a number. You will live in an international setting in which you will become fluent...

Franklin College does a great job of allowing students to get involved in various organizations so they can become excellent leaders. The classes are small with a focus on skills that you will need once you graduate and continue to graduate school or the work force. Overall, you will be thrilled to be part of such a wonderful community!

Franklin College is a close-knit college that allows students to form long lasting relationships with their professors. Students are encouraged to explore disciplines outside of their major field of study. The small size allows students to receive any help they may need while being held accountable for the work they do.

Franklin College has been an amazing place for me to do my undergraduate work. Through the liberal arts, I have gained a unique worldly perspective that I believe is harder to get in a non-liberal arts institution or larger institution. However, students can get this at most liberal arts schools, but what makes Franklin unique is the relationships that are created and fostered. Personally, my professors push me to limits that I thought were not possible and through this, I am able to find out more about myself inside and outside of the classroom. They help take students on this journey of college and don't abandon them. When times get scary, tough, exciting, or exhausting, they are still there! In addition to that, the professors help students get internships, jobs, and graduate school interviews. I believe the critical thinking and analysis skills that I have received can be used to solve any problems, which can be beneficial in the job market. I enjoy the small class sizes and student body, but I can understand how this could not be for all.

Franklin College has provided me with an education that has guided me to a better and clearer future. With it's liberal arts courses, I am able to study many different areas besides just my major, and this has allowed me to have a well-rounded education. Also, there are many opportunites to study abroad and I would highly encourage students to do so!
