Our university is special because it has 10 days trip every summer that is funded by them and students are going to the camping in a different locations of all around Georgia. That is big experience and fun together. we are teaching team building with a lot of exercises there that is a great fun too.

I highly recommend getting involved with some clubs and intramurals. The Greek intramurals are fantastic and there are a lot of Christian fellowship groups that are a lot of fun to be involved with. There are lots of sports at the Campus Recreation Center and hangout at Tech Green.

There are as many clubs as you can imagine. You can go to the fitness center. Play soccer in the many green areas. Take a hammock and chill. Screw around with your friends. Also, campus is right next to Atlanta, so you can visit downtown and all it has to offer (Georgia Aquarium, World of Coke, etc.)

I love Georgia Tech's location because you are so close to Midtown and then Downtown. I love attending concerts, so there are several venues close to campus. I also love the atmosphere of Midtown's shopping and dining. Downtown also has several attractions, including Zoo Atlanta, the Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Olympic Park, and Philips Arena.

Campus is right in the middle of Atlanta, so obviously there's plenty to do! Centennial park, the georgia aquarium, coca cola world, and CNN center, and phillips arena are all within a mile of campus. Atlantic station (shopping, food, movie theater) is also close by campus, and there's a GT bus that runs all week and gets you within walking distance of it. But that's not all. There's tons to explore within the city. Don't forget to take a break from the books, get off campus, and have some fun from time to time!
