    As long as you apply for financial aids, or qualify for some other grants, the tuition are fair and the text books are included as long you return them on the due date.

    This is not a really expensive school. My total tuition was less than most colleges and if you have HOPE Scholarship, depending on your GPA, you should not have to pay that much.
