Georgia Southern University is a fairly large school with quick access to any resources needed. The teachers, depending on who they are, and very open and willing to help. As far as extracurriculars, there are a vast amount of clubs and organizations that you're always a part of something.

GSU is a great learning environment. The dorms are nice and fairly private. Tuition is also pretty decent and the professors are great.

There are always events going on around campus where they give away free stuff. Take advantage of the bus system. Be open to exploring campus because you never know what you'll find.

My transfer and admission process successfully went through and I'm so glad it did. GSU seems to be the best place for me and I can't wait to start, I had friendly staff's who patiently worked with me through the admission process.

Georgia Southern University is one of the finest university system's in the state of Georgia. As a past undergraduate and admitted graduate student (beginning August 2017), I can honestly say this school has some of the greatest faculty and professors as well as a solid research facility. I cannot wait to attend again, and look forward to my future Double Eagle status!

The location is ideal because it is a nice branching off point to get to Savannah or Athens, and it is easy for me to get home on the weekends. Professors, in my experience, genuinely care about students and offer a lot of tools to assist students to make sure that they are actually learning. Overall, Georgia Southern just has a family atmosphere that makes it hard to tell the difference between my school and my home.
