Large Scale, Small Feel is the most accurate description of Georgia Southern. Every student who attends GSU has the opportunity to get involved on campus or in the community through the diverse organizations and classes offered. Although the university is growing and expanding, the sense of family has never disappeared and our faculty and staff make sure to care for the GSU family and give every student the opportunity to succeed.

Georgia Southern provided a great opportunity to grow within my studies and my personal endeavors. I was able to join several organizations within the first semester and there was never a time I walked down the pedestrian and didn't see someone I knew. Most professors were very open to questions and encouraged office hours.
