green river is overall an okay college. the school size is small, and classroom sizes are small, which is nice. however, because of this there are limited classroom availability and not very many options for classes to take. there is currently a strike going on about cutting classes, and i will be very disappointed in the school if my program is cut, since there are very few schools in my area that have this program.

Green River is a one of kind PNW community college, it is surrounded by trees so it is very pretty. It has a big library, and also a quiet tech lab so plenty of space to get your homework done. GRCC is also expanding, so there will be a new student union building as well several new trades buildings.

The teachers here are very willing to help students in whatever way possible. The art direct transfer agreement helped me make a smooth transition to a four year college. The campus is stunningly beautiful with nature all around.

I loved this school. It was a beautiful campus and it was small enough that you could cross it in five minutes if you were late to class. Also, the classes were very small and the teachers were very friendly.

The campus is pretty good looking. Although there are some incompetent instructors, the majority consists of very dedicated people. The rigor of the curriculum can be challenging, but rewarding.

A beautiful campus, with very welcoming staff. I went to a different school before this, and Green River is much nicer looking, and has a a more welcoming environment. The campus is large for a community college, but doesn't have enough parking.

Terribly run financial aid and counseling services. 120+ day wait for office to file paperwork, and funds not released until it's too late to help with books. Most counselors aren't trained in assisting with transfer to 4 year university.

Small campus for easy travel-- it's really hard to be late to class unless you're trying! The shuttle bus makes the limited parking better and they're pretty nice people. Staff is made up of relatively nice people.

The school has plenty of fresh air, enchanted trails, and a sense of new life all around. The teachers are flexible and understanding if you make prior arrangements. The 8am parking situation is dire.
