    Junior colleges are always good for saving money. Harper is one of the best, if not the best, junior college in Illinois. The education they offer is equal to any college or university for much less!

    This school is meant to save you money! One semester is around $2,000 (depending on how many classes you take) and you are receiving the same education as a lot of other kids who went away to universities for $20,000. I have learned so much and it is worth the money.
