What Students Are Saying

If I ask a question a day, that makes me succeed.
Darlene from Pahoa, HI
The work load is bearable if you set out the time to actually read the material or complete the book work. What would be the sense to come to college if it is easy? I know I want something that I can learn from instead of by-passing and not learning anything!
Stacy from Hilo, HI
I learned allot.
Jessica from Hilo, HI
HawCC has a offers a broad variety of academics. Being a Multicultural atmosphere there is much to learn outside the norm.
Raynell from Hilo, HI
Hawaii in general isn't known well for their education levels but in the islands of Hawaii I believe that HawaiiCC offers a well leveled academic teaching scale. They aren't to fast paced but not to easy going. Kind of gets you thinking but also helps you have a good understanding.
Leichelle from Hilo, HI
The academic standards are high but the teachers take the time to help everyone in learning.
