The food here is amazing! There is an option for everyone ,whether your a vegetarian, pescatarian or just someone who likes food there is bound to be something you like in the caf . Our cafeteria is also open to the the public for the a price of $10 or less depending on what time it is . I would definitely recommend anyone to come and visit !

I cannot sing the praises of our food and dining options enough. The daily entrees are of excellent quality, and there is a vast array of options available every day, even for those with strict dietary restrictions. Greeting the cafeteria workers is one of the highlight of my days because they take the time to learn every student's name, along with their meal preferences. They make a big ordeal out of holiday meals, and constantly provide incredible service. Hendrix College has been nationally recognized for its cafeteria several times, and it deserves every bit of the honor.

The food is amazing here!! This is actually part of what makes Hendrix tuition so expensive. None of this food is processed, and the lunch ladies make personal connections with each student who eats regularly in the cafeteria. While there are unhealthy options here such as cake and pizza, there are also a great assortment of vegetables and fruits. There are vegan and vegetarian options here as well, and food is available from 7am to 12 midnight on weekdays. The daily meals and desserts differ each day, and there are events which celebrate such holidays as valentine's day, thanksgiving, christmas, etc. (Very festive place if you are in the Christmas mood!!) There are also places to dine outside if the weather is nice.

Get off that meal plan ASAP! Hendrix has an award-winning caf with so many theme days and crazy dishes, you will get fat. One of the best things about the caf is the caf workers. They will learn everyone's name, including yours, and they will bring you a cake and sing a birthday song on your birthday (along with everyone else in the caf). It's a great experience for freshmen who might be homesick and unsure about their new friends for everyone to be clapping and singing with them on their birthday.

Hendrix dining is phenomenal. Dining Services has won many awards because of theme days that are put on (Paris Day, Halloween, Mediterranean Cruise, etc). Aside from the theme days, the everyday food is also very good; there is always a wide variety of things to choose from. There are always vegan and vegetarian options as well.

The food is great. There is always a variety of choices to pick from. Sometimes if I am not in the mood for the food the school is having that day I can easily go to the cook it yourself line and make a meal of my own. Besides breakfast, lunch and dinner, the school also has a late night meal time. Hours are from 7 pm to 12 am and the food is great. Especially after studying all day it feels great to have a cooked meal of your choice at around 10 or 11 pm. The culinary team is wonderful. They make you feel welcomed to the cafeteria.

The food is so good and so diverse! It definitely feels like you're eating at a restaurant rather than in a cafeteria.

None! Best thing about HDX in my opinion. Every event is open to every student. It really fosters the close-knit attitude that I love about Hendrix.

Hendrix College is missing two pillars of southern collegiate life: Greek life and football. Although the school is likely to get a football time in the near future. There is no Greek Life on campus, but the dorms take the place and serve as a unique identity for their residents.
