I suggest that you only attend this college if you enjoy sameness. You get stuck with the same people in your living situations and in your classes. It is very hard to mingle with kids from different grades unless you have previously known them. The weekends here also get very old, very fast. As a freshman, you'd think the new "exciting weekend life" would leave me thrilled to be on campus on Friday and Saturday nights. Nope. Most of my friends are itching to travel to other schools every single weekend. Unless you want to go to a Frat and dance for 4 hours litearlly every single weekend, and not be able to go to your typical house party, I suggest investing in a different college.

Visit the campus for sure! It is beautiful, but don't just accept pictures you see on social media, come see it for yourself; you'll love it. I highly recommend applying for scholarships. There's a lot of costs that are part of the college experience. I'd also try to get in touch with other students if you can, even email admissions, try to get connected with the school community. It will help you adjust to the college life!

Visit the campus because you will fall in love! And if you have the chance to sit down with someone from the admissions office, take it. Apply for the scholarships.

Take the tour of HPU last.. after all of the other schools you are thinking about but DO NOT make your decision until you go and take a campus tour. You will fall in love. All of the things they have to offer students are incomparable to other universities. I had an amazing experience.
