    Honestly, unless you have a university scholarship, it's not worth it. Not because the academics are bad, but there are a lot cheaper places to go for similar quality.

    DC (in my opinion) is very expensive. I'm from Delaware and there is absolutely no sales tax on anything. I am now till this day still trying to adjust to that.

    Howard is very expensive to attend but the education and life lessons that this school leaves is worth every dollar. Also, if you are good at networking there is a strong chance that scholarships will not be hard to come by.
