the dorms have different dining options and all of the dining halls are different. the dining halls can have some good options, but they tend to get repeated a lot so the food can start to feel bland. there are some great restaurants on campus where you can spend the flex dollars that come with your meal plan and that can be a saving grace when you get fed up with the dining hall food.

It's okay in the beginning but after a while it becomes repetitive.

Food in the dinning center in Watterson is pretty good. There is always a vast option of foods, once in a while repeated but not excessively. Good quality and freshness too. - and if that's not what you're feeling then you can always go grab a bite in Uptown Normal, and it sure is to not disappoint.

I am very impressed with the food provided by the university. They have a wide variety of cuisine, and most of it is high qualify. Over the course of the year, you will have tried nearly everything, and you will have to eventually get creative with what meals you make.

Greek life at ISU is great! It is not too big where greek life runs the school and if you don't go greek you won't have a social life but it is big enough where there are lots of sororities and fraternities to choose from. They have a great presence on campus. Each greek organization has a house with personal chefs and promise of brotherhood and sisterhood. I was a member of a sorority and those girls are still my best friends. They made ISU 10x more enjoyable for me and I made lifelong memories.

My friends in Sororities love it. They do have some complaints about fines and deadlines though, but I can not state specifics about greek life without being a part of it.

The sorority life here is typical I suppose, but lots of fun. And not all of the sororities are Greek affiliated, some are philanthropic and for leadership!
