First of all, a warning for those who believe that college will be exactly like high school. I had a rigorous junior and senior year in high school with many AP courses, so I thought that I would be prepared for what was ahead. In reality, you better be in gear with seat belts buckled because it will be rough and hard especially if you chose a difficult path for your self like medical school or dental school. Choose what you are passionate in and don't be afraid to move on forward. Focus on studying and prioritize yourself in your daily activities! Also, learn to make good study habits beforehand! Besides that, make sure to have fun and meet new people. College is one of the places where you really grow as an individual.

Don't slack off your freshman year or any year for that, because once your GPA falls its a fight to get it back up. It isn't a party school so you will be able to focus more on your studies. If you bring a car be prepared to have a slight struggle with parking.
