With campus a short walk from Lake Michigan and Grant Park, the Institute for Clinical Social Work is a graduate school of counseling in downtown Chicago. ICSW offers a 2-year Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling & Psychotherapy and a 3-year PhD program in Clinical Social Work. For students who prefer not to commute to the city, the PhD curriculum is available via distance learning. Additionally, ICSW opens a number of courses to social work professionals via the institute’s Student at Large Program.
