All of the teachers are intelligent, caring individuals who truly care about their students' success and actively try to help you reach your goal. If you don't understand something, or simply need tutoring, they are always available, and will help you gain a better understanding of the material. In General, most of the knowledge you gain will not only be a little easier than that of a 4-year college, but it will also be very useful for a prospective career or a future bachelor's degree

J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College is a college that has its ups and downs. I'm particularly fond of the Parham Road Campus. Reynolds has a lot of fantastic professors, particularly in the Honors Program.

Read MoreIf you went to high school in the area, it's just like high school all over again. You really have to do your research to find a good teacher; some of them only care about thereselves, others are more willing to work with you. Arrive EARLY for a good parking spot, fills up fast.
