JBU is amazing from what I have read, saw on virtual tour, and heard. the people there are from all over the country. It is a religious school, so (as at all schools) I am sure there will be SOME drinking, but when you go there, you sign an agreement saying you won't do that on or off campus. It seems like the perfect place for me. The only thing about JBU i don't like is that it is in Arkansas and I am in PA. I will have to be far from my family for a long time, and...

John Brown University is the perfect fit for me! I am so blessed to be attending this Christian College in the fall. I love the fact that I will get to have a close and personal relationship with my professors and that the class size is small enough that we can have deep intimate discussions in our classes.

JBU me "that feeling" that I instantly knew this was the right university for me. Professors and upperclassmen seem to cater to the spiritual and emotional needs of younger students, not just their academic need. This seems to give JBU a unique ability to be the "full package" for prospective students. While I'm sure JBU has its share of party-goers, I felt largely surrounded by fellow believers seeking the same things as I am; a place to grow in my relationship with the Lord, while continuing my education and enjoying small class sizes.

I fell in love with this school from the moment I stepped foot on campus. What I can tell you from my college visit is that the classroom setting is laid back (kinda like high school) and the professors care about you doing well, the dorm life is pretty great, everyone is like a big family, the food was so so good, the worship service was surreal, the amount of oppurtunity the college offers for students to be invoked is endless, the town (Siloam springs) is beautiful and your average small town, the quality of this school overall is absolutely unreal. I cannot wait to experience more!

The atmosphere is inviting as the incoming and current students welcoming each new member and student as a part of the new family of John Brown University. Although it is more from one's budget it is worth it from not only the strong Christian foundation but also to a modern campus that provides a home like environment with an individualized system in matching roommates and events that include all students. the most important factor would have to be the interest that each professor has for each student to succeed to their full potential and striving to live out the Christian faith as an example for others.

The education is of the highest quality. The RAs are harder to talk to than just another caring student. I would recommend this school to anyone.
