Passport office located on campus with relatively no lines but does not take cash. You may need to come early to hunt for parking depending on the time but it has never made me late to class and I have always found parking. There is overflow parking off campus that I only had to use once in three years due to unusually high enrollment.

Library is the best place to get all your homework done. Believe it or not, time will pass you by because it's so relaxing in there and sometimes you won't even realize you're there till closing time.
