The Rec center is a great place to go for exercise. They have a tennis court, basketball hoops, weights, treadmills, and many other exercise systems that is free to students. There are always student groups that are putting on an exhibit.

There are always things on and off campus to do. You don't have to look very far to find something to do. Bulletin boards and posters are everywhere letting you know whats coming up.

Cedar Rapids is a great place to be. The people there are nice. You have several movie theatres, swanky nice restaurants, lovely clothing stores and book stores. And of course, it isn't a far drive from Iowa City- which has a great downtown, or Coralville- which has a great mall.
