The food is great, and a lot of healthy options are available. Although, the food can be a bit pricey.

kish has a really nice cafeteria. i haven't gotten food there very often for myself, but as a member of the student-run newspaper, i've had to work with other staff members to coordinate catering by the cafeteria, and i can't think of anything to complain about.

The dining is diverse and spacious, and has plenty of options. The Kish Cafe serves delicious coffees and smoothies, and you will find that there is no shortage in meal-options. With sandwiches, pizzas, soft drinks, and cooler snacks, the Cafe has much to choose from. A large variety of eating tables are located directly across from the Cafe, with quite dinning located in the back. There are also counters with computer plug-ins, for those who enjoy surfing the web while enjoying their meals. The only complaint I have is their limited allergy-free lists. You are encouraged to inform the cooks of any allergies before you order, and they are more than willing to adjust their ingredients for your individual needs. However, as I said, options start to dwindle the more specific your eating habits are.

Every time I have eaten at the Kish Cafe it has been extremely tasty. The prices are expensive, but hey, every college has pricey food. I recommend their subs or salads. I don't really choose to eat their unhealthy options! They have grab and go's as well, and a cute little coffee corner that has holiday drinks that vary by month!

There are a couple great options, including the ever-popular NSLS. But since Kish is a community college, there are not too many.

Kishwaukee doesn't have Greek life aside from the Phi Kappa Theta (Honor Society)! I wish they offered at least a service sorority or service fraternity of some kind. It'd really help bring light to the social aspect the school needs.

as far as i know, there are only a few fraternities and sororities with an active presence of the campus. kishwaukee is a small community college, so there isn't much presence of the traditional greek life until you've moved on to one of the other colleges after finishing your time here.
