The dining halls at Kutztown University are phenomenal. First of all, the dining halls are extremely sanitary and clean always. Secondly, the food options are very wide. Some of my go-to favorites are the unlimited sushi bar, the build your own wrap station, and the "hot lunch" station. The "hot lunch" station's options vary every day, but always consist of one meat, one starch and one vegetable.

As a vegetarian I didn't feel like there was much of a variety for me. Always found myself eating the same meals every day but if you aren't a vegetarian the food and dining isn't bad at all. They are currently doing renovations to the dining areas so hopefully they add more varieties!

When I had the meal plan all I ate was bagels and coffee practically every day. The school is focusing on adding more food options and has a decent variety but I honestly feel like there is an overcrowding problem. The school keeps building dorms but not adding more food or even space in the library. If you want food around 12:00-1:00 you are going to be waiting in line for at least 10 minutes if not more.

Blech. The food from Kutztown is absolutely horrendous! Most of it is unhealthy and overly greasy. The meal plan is also nothing but highway robbery. If you want to get a sizable meal from somewhere other than South Dining Hall , be prepared to pay some extra money for it. What really upset me the most is you get soda for free with your meal, but you have to pay extra if you want a bottle of water. Really? The dining services love to boast about how they promote healthy eating habits, yet the only affordable option is to shove high fructose corn syrup and preservatives down our throats. You're also told when you can use your meal swipes, which is also ridiculous.

I am a very picky eater so I always pack my lunch until I learned there was a pizza place in the main street of Kutztown and also in one of the buildings. Whenever I am hungry, I never have far to walk to get some good food that I love.

Dining here can be great or can be great upset depending on the day. Also were you go to eat factors in but currently we are updating one food area which is great and shows the school is working on improving the food here.

Greek life isn't that big on campus and generally looked down upon however I was in a sorority and absolutely loved it! Easy way to meet people and plenty of activities for you to participate in.

I am in a coed fraternity and I love it. As for social greek life, most of them are rude and stuck up. But there are many that are nice and open. Many of them are in the leadership groups on campus and it's nice to see them really helping the school rather than just themselves.
