What Students Are Saying

i'm in the honors program, and i think it's decent. a lot of things could be improved on, but there's nothing on that list that should push anyone away from this school. the core curriculum makes sure you become well rounded, and if you do most of it during your freshman year, you can focus on classes for your major the rest of your time here!
Cassandra from Weldon, NC
Its all about how you learn, and how much you apply yourself. Faculty here are all about helping you succeed, so reach out if you're having problems.
Brandon from Upper Darby, PA
I have been accepted into the Honors Program where you have to take a n honors course every year. Also you could when a scholarship based off your academic performance.

Avoiding procrastination is an immense factor. College academics are built upon each class, so studying is vital. It is nearly impossible to fit in all the social and academic incentives. Planning a schedule for studying, work and socializing is key to learning how to balance devotion for each activity. The library is a resource center open until 12 pm on weekdays. It has small secluded sections made for completing school work, researching or simply unwinding. Besides, with class schedules come subjects that may not be interesting, but get passionate about learning!
Thelma from Charlotte, NC
The college is all about academics. The teachers are very friendly and personable so if you need help don't be afraid to ask them. Also, the tutors are amazing and will help you on whatever subject you need in your learning style. If you study and pay attention in class the subjects are easy to learn. There are a variety of majors and minors available, and more are coming in every year the school expands. So, if your desired major is not available, you can ask administration and they will help you on the path to majoring in your desired degree even if it is not offered quiet yet.
