    If you want to speak to a counselor regarding career path, DO NOT see the Lone Star counselors because they are not specified for each individual degree/career path and only seem to be helpful for choosing classes. Also, DON'T waste money on textbooks prior to the start of classes. Wait until class starts and see how much you'll actually use the book !
