    Be yourself because we're taught not to be ourselves and self love along with God's love is the best love. Another tip is to be open minded; learn and understand why individuals do what they do. As well as gaining confidence and learning about fresh ideas. You can't go wrong with being confident; a lack of confidence can lead to negativity, depression, fear, poor body image, eating disorders, alcohol and drug abuse, jealousy, defensiveness, procrastination, anxiety, violence.
