This school is a total a SCAM! be very careful when looking into them, I am currently in the nursing program at Mercy ( Toledo campus ). This was the first nursing school to accept me so I decided to stick with them, I now see why they where so quick to accept me along with everybody else into their program. When I first started the program here my class was big. I am now in my third semester here and more than 50\% of my class has disappeared. The classes are extremely hard and anything under an 80\% is a fail. I have never been at a school where so many students have left due to failing. The school is extremely expensive yet extremely outdated and old. I took my pre-reqs at another school and still come out of pocket $4000 - $5000 a semester for the program which is insane for what they offer. Class times are very very limited, this school is almost impossible if you have to work or have kids. I am a current student and will be graduating from here however I do feel the need to warn others NOT to come here! Look at your other options!!! I'm not from the area and have fallen victim to this school/scam. Let me add, if you don't pass a check off / skill after 3 tries ( which is not too uncommon from what I have seen ) you are kicked out for a year, if you don't pass 2 care plans during clinical ( which is also not to uncommon from what I have seen ) your kicked out for year, which means you sit out a year and repay the tuition. The only way to get points in the nursing classes is from the exams if you can't keep an 80\% ( which sounds ally easier than it is ) your kicked out a year and will need to repay tuition. You have been WARNED RUN! I don't want to see more young people losing out on there time and hard earned money.

Mercy is a smaller school with smaller class sizes. Expect to go to every class because your professor will know if you skip. Bring cash because the cafeteria only excepts cash. Enroll in classes as soon as possible because classes fill up very fast.

Study! A lot of the courses at this school are difficult but in the end you truly learn a lot and even if you dislike the professor, you can learn so much from them!
