My professors/instructors are really great at what they do! None of them make the classroom boring and they keep the information fresh with new ways of presenting it to you.

I moved from PA just to attend Midwestern State University and I'm so glad that I did. Everyone has been so nice to me including the professors, admissions, student life, and counselors. I have even had dinner with the University's President!

The classes are just the right size, and professors really care about you. Plenty of scholarship opportunities, and everyone is helpful, even the students. Beautiful, safe campus.

  • Nov-02-2015 I am researching this school and have visited the campus

I am looking at MSU because it is a inexpensive school reasonably far from home. I like that the class sizes are small. The only person I know that went to midwestern has nothing but nice things to say about it.

I couldn't sum it up in 3 sentences. I love being a student at Midwestern State University! The class sizes are small, especially once you get really into your degree plan. I love being able to stop by my professors office and ask questions without having to wait long periods of time to see them. The campus is absolutely beautiful, with tons of green space for students to use for recreational purposes. The faculty and staff are wonderful and work very hard to help you with whatever you need. There are tons of job opportunities on campus ranging from student assistants, sales associates in the bookstore, to the fabulous tour guides in the welcome center. Also, there are over 100 groups, clubs, and organizations all around campus, so finding your perfect fit is easy. I hope you strongly consider becoming an MSU mustang, and make my university, yours!

The student/faculty ratio is 17:1. Classes are small which allows for better relations with professors. I really love my school.

I am a Presidential scholar here at MSU, I'm involved in Greek life, and am a member on the A-Team, and I can say that I love it here at MSU! The class sizes are always small enough that you can have a one-on-one interaction with the professors so you aren't just a number to them, and can get the extra help you're needing. It's large enough that there's always new students to meet, and small enough to make it your brand new home away from home.
