Millikin is a very "do-it-yourself" school. You have to be the one to put yourself out there and get involved on campus; no one will reach out to you unless they know who you are and what you can do. The small campus allows you to do this easily, so it works in your favor! Evaluate whether or not you could get a similar education at another school at a lower cost. Cost isn't everything, but if your major isn't one of Millikin's outstanding majors, it probably isn't worth the money.

Don't be afraid to get out there and try something you haven't tried before and talk to new people you wouldn't normally talk to.
