    The campus is indeed small, so you won't have to worry about getting too lost within your first few days. Be prepared to wear light clothes, if you are not familiar with southern weather. Get ready to socialize and be in close contact with your professors: they are easily available by email, however, personal visits have a lasting impression, especially since the campus size is as small as it is.

    If you don't like the small campus atmosphere of a liberal arts college, don't come here! Millsaps is a great school, but it's not for everyone. If you prefer bigger schools with big crowds of students everywhere, Millsaps isn't the school for you.

    Very small (about 1100 students). Very close knit group of students. Direct access to professors. No teaching assistants. The most students in any class is about 15. Alot of hands on and direct one-on-one with the professor. Lots of writing papers for each class (even math)! Great writing lab, be prepared to write 12-15 papers in your freshman year. Spend about
