This school involves so much more beyond the classroom. You learn not only what your intended major requires but you also learn valuable life skills. Furthermore, you learn to react with a variety of different people and races which will also help in life.

    This is the most amazing campus I've ever been on. It immediately felt like home to me and the other students all feel the same way! Classes are spread out but close together and even though it's big, there's a strong sense of community here.

    as a high school student who was accepted into a couple colleges, what made me decide to go to mississippi state university was its communication. once i was accepted there, current students and my counselor stayed in contact, helping me through the process of deciding. since i do not live near msu, i also appreciated being able to digitally tour the campus.

    Not only, there is a huge variety of courses to choose from, in case you change your mind, you can also create your own major. If you can get in with considerable scholarship, do not hesitate to pack your bags, unless you are a foodie.There is nothing you won't like about this college except the dining services.

    The buildings aren't too far from where you live on campus so you can walk anywhere. There is a gym on campus which is free to students.

    I just transferred to Mississippi State, and I have to say that I love it! It is a very large school, which is a little intimidating, but it still has a small feel in a lot of ways. Everyone is very nice, the professors (at least the ones I have) seem to be great teachers.
