    If you live in-state, you can get extremely low tuition rates. The only thing that is rather expensive about Montclair State is room and board rates, so if you have the option to commute, I would commute.

    College now-a-days is expensive everywhere, but I do find that we are charged high prices for things we can't control. Tuition is raised every year, along with parking passes. Do not buy from the school bookstore - there are better deals online.

    You get a good bank for your buck here at Montclair State. Theres always activities going on that you can take advantage. You get treated like a student here, instead of a number.

    Academically and housing-wise (if you live in dinallo/heights) yes, you get your moneys worth. The food tho here is awful and the cooks seem like half of them had criminal records. I asked for something about a week ago and they were extremely rude to me.
