    This has to be the best value for a school. Has so many benefits and at such a low price! I regret applying to so many schools because MSU is a perfect fit for me without getting in a large amount of debt.

    This is just a NJ public uni issue... The cost is not reasonable for a public school. The education is alright depending on what you study. It looks like the Feliciano school of business gives you the most return. They're always getting new gear and bringing in execs from companies like ADP. They just filled a lab that I'm sure we paid a few million for containing 35 3d printers and all sorts of other product development hardware and software. Meanwhile, we still don't have school PCs that can run programming environments -_-

    If you live in-state, you can get extremely low tuition rates. The only thing that is rather expensive about Montclair State is room and board rates, so if you have the option to commute, I would commute.

    College now-a-days is expensive everywhere, but I do find that we are charged high prices for things we can't control. Tuition is raised every year, along with parking passes. Do not buy from the school bookstore - there are better deals online.
