    Montreat is a bit expensive but the experience is great!!! It is private so its a little to expensive. (34,000 a year)

    Montreat is a private college, so their tuition is higher than state schools. However, they offer scholarships to over 90% of incoming freshman, so that adds a little incentive!

    Very few majors. Few amenities. Almost unsatisfactory food. Outdated dorms. Terrible communication from administration. Nurse has unreasonable hours. Nurse and Counselors break HIPAA law. Administration runs on speculation and unstable business practices. Staff are hired not on skill or merit, but based on who they are related to or married to that already works at Montreat College.
