    due to the straight-laced motto of the school, i'd review montreat as not the best bang for your buck to enjoy your college experience, but it can be made worth while if you want it to.

    Montreat is a bit expensive but the experience is great!!! It is private so its a little to expensive. (34,000 a year)

    Montreat is a private college, so their tuition is higher than state schools. However, they offer scholarships to over 90% of incoming freshman, so that adds a little incentive!
