To ME, the food is good. It's bearable and you can always add your own twist to it to make it more appeasing to you. Not everybody likes it but everybody eats so..

Patriot Hall has decent food, it has been better than the other college food I have sampled. The closest restaurants are a bit far away from campus, but they are not too far.

As a small campus, we do not have the luxury of a Chick-fil-A or Starbucks (those are about 20 minutes away), we have a single cafeteria called Patriot Hall. Patriot Hall is open all day and serves everything you could think of. The deli station is filled with choices that you could make or invent a new sandwich every day! The campus bakery is home to some of the best chocolate chip cookies and plenty of other delicious desserts. Rounding out the rest of the menu is the Pizza station, Home-Style Station (like home-cooked meals), Pasta Station, Salad and Soup Bar, Grill, and VegetarianStation. In addition, the cafeteria also has a Cafe that is open during the late night and early morning. Mount students will never starve and have plenty of great choices for their breakfasts, lunches, dinners and mid-night snacks.

The food is definitely dining hall food, but is much better than other schools I have been to. Dining hall services does their best to provide for the students a variety of options.

Decent food, many healthy choices. Not a lot of vegetarian options. You get sick of the food after a few months in.
