    People who have worked there explained of unsanitary acts done by careless people who work there, such as dropping food on the floor and putting it back on the serving plate and not always using gloves in the back room. Usually the meat and fish go stale and put back in the refrigerator, only making students sick. NMHU lied and said they now use free range chickens every several cafeteria food petitions but that is a lie. They would spend the money on quality food for the students. The buildings and football team budget is more important.

    They need to stop having the same food every day for a week straight, then change it up the next week. Like tacos for a week straight, then chicken and rice the next week, then other gross unhealthy stuff.
