For people from out of state (or just from outside the Northeast)... It gets very VERY cold in the winter time. Be prepared. Buy hats, gloves, boots, scarves, and most importantly a good winter jacket if you are from warmer states (Texas, North Carolina, etc) Yes, Canada is very close. Yes, you can drink at age 19 just over the boarder from school. NO you cannot drink in Canada and come back jacked up. You cannot come back over the boarder intoxicated and underage by U.S. Standards, it is a crime. Be careful. Also just for general trips to Canada, have a passport or if you're from NY... an enhanced ID.

If you live within the area this is a great school for you but if you are a out of state student like me you will feel a bit out of place. Most people are very clicky and high schoolish. I have to give this school a 7 out of 10.
