    it was worth going back to nsu to finish up because I only needed 4 classes and I had in state tuition but Id NEVER pay the out of state tuition for this school, its just too crappy

    I planned on going to an out-of-state school, but that's a lot of money. Tuition at Norfolk State is less than $8,000 a semester. That includes meal plan, room and board, and money on your SpartanCard. If you're like me and want to commute to school, that's less than $3,000 a semester. Saving money already!
