Personally, I'm not a fan of the food in the cafeteria and I avoid eating there when I can. But that's not to say all the food is bad, there are choices that are good. The salad bar has fresh fruits and deli sandwiches every day and that's all I really eat when in the cafeteria. Also, there's Chicken Wednesday and Fish Friday for fans of chicken and fish.

The food is pretty good and has great variety. There is an international station which serves omelets for breakfast and has something different everyday for lunch and dinner. Every Wednesday is chicken day for lunch and fish on Fridays.

The café at NCCU is awesome. There is always a variety of food. There is a pizza line, a subway line, a hot dog and hamburger line, a pasta line, and even an oriental line where there are specials and a personal chef that makes them. The campus café also has a back section where you can get take out.

We are slowly building up our local restaurants! We have Starbucks, Jazzmans (a local cafe), the malls have food courts which are not that far from the school and they have free buses that take you there. We have Burger King and several local grocery stores! Let's not forget Fried Chicken Wednesday and Fish Friday!

The Cafe, as we call it is decent. It get tiring after a while so I suggest having food and snacks in your dorm room just in case you don't want to eat in the Cafe.

We are very big on geek life. However school work and going to classes come before anything else. You will not be allowed to take part in geek life if you have a low G.P.A.
