The classes are informational and what you would expect from a college class. The professors are very knowledgeable and answer and questions you have. They will work with you outside of class to help you understand the material to the best of your ability. No professors set up their class for failure. Each professor challenges the students, but not to the point of the student being overwhelmed.

I think North Iowa Area Community College is a fun and inexpensive way to start off college. They have many programs and opportunities for students.

NIACC has very interesting people from all over the world, which is really cool because you get to here what its like in other countries. NIACC is a great place to get started with college with affordable prices, good professors, and small class sizes so college starts off not so intimidating.
